The cleanliness was good, and there are good facilities in the hotel

I didn't like that the internet was only in the dining room area and not in the whole house from the hotel, the beer was terrible, they don't know how to make it, the beer was mixed with tap water, even though everything was included, I couldn't be at the beach where you only have to sit with a gold bracelet and all, and people near the beach are really harassing people To buy things and there was no activity in the pool while I was there food was low standard

The Adults Aqua Park was good - The 3D cinema inside the...

The Adults Aqua Park was good - The 3D cinema inside the property was good - the theater activities and animation team activities was good- overall the hotel was good but it can be better than this level.

The Aqua park opening time is so limited and because of the queue you will need to wait lots of time to take 2-3 rounds and that was so boring. the food was really bad they are making very cheap food that is not suitable for the money we paid for a 5 star hotel, the food should be enhanced.

The way of dealing in reception They refuse to let us check-in while full payment of all accommodation was paid And we have children we offer them more than 75% cash till morning while bank open as we at national holidays but they refuse we have to wait more than 3 hours till one of my friend came and paid the rest of money I'm so disappointed and if this is you deal with this kind of management I will not be more memeber with you

not recommended for foreigners or Egyptians seeking relaxation.

staff members were decent and hotel facilities are good

no rules at all are applied in the pool area which make spending time around the pool very annoying for me as there were many and many of low class people. DJ was a disaster and is not suitable for a 5 stars hotel at all as he was trying to cope with low class people. room furniture are out of date. food quality and variety was average. i can only excuse the hotel management for accepting such low class guests as tourism in Egypt is not that good at the moment but at least they could impose some rules and make sure they are followed instead of this chaos (I had a discussion with the GM who was very decent by the way telling him the same opinion). I don't recommend this hotel to foreigners or Egyptians seeking relaxation.

i was expecting something but i found less than the expected ..

I liked the aqua .. The size of the room .. Landscapes are so beautiful .. My stay was Ok but not that expected one.

The furniture is too old .. Cleanliness needed to be considered inside the room and in the loopy especially in the toilets .. The food is not that level of 5 stars hotel,it deserve 3 stars hotel .. Some staff need to be more professional and learn to treat the guests with more professional way than this ..

Before I went to the hotel, I read all the comments and felt worried as the rate wasn't excellent. But frankly I want to say that it's the best hotel I've ever seen. The staff was so polite and helpful. I want to thank Omar at the reception for his decent way. The pool was very clean and warm. Lifeguards were everywhere all the time. Special thanks for the general manager who was everywhere watching and guiding. I expected to find bad food from the previous comments,but so delicious and clean place. Don't miss a meal at the oriental restaurant. It's really great.

The aquapark time is limited. I wanted to try all the slides, but they don't work at the same time.

Good stay overall. The size of the hotel makes it less private, located far from town.

The gardens, the swimming pools and the facilities in general were nice.

The food was average. The room was cozy but not the best ever. The restaurant was not so cozy either, too big, noisy.
